Privacy settings for pictures are set for whole galleries, not single pictures.
The available settings are:
  • Private - only you can see these pictures, no one else can.
  • My Friends - other members that are in your contact list can see your pictures.
  • Public - anyone can see your pictures, including visitors from the web.
